Software Engineer - Mobile Application

Oscar is working with a leading B2B provider of cash solutions organization that is looking for an Mobile Application Developer to join their team.The Mobile Application Developer will play a key role in building a next-generation mobile platform that will transform cash management operations for the financial services and retail industries. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a new cross-platform mobile application using the Ionic framework. The application will provide customers with real-time visibility into intelligent cash management devices, actionable notifications, and operational insights.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy native cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic Framework for both iOS and Android.Build clean, maintainable, and scalable applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Ionic, Angular and/or React.Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and cloud-based backend services.Interface mobile applications with intelligent cash devices, ATMs, kiosks, IoT devices, and other third-party systems.Develop push notification and in-app messaging capabilities to deliver operational alerts, device status updates, and cash optimization recommendations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, orBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, or a related technical discipline.5+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications with a portfolio of published iOS and/or Android applications.Expert knowledge of the Ionic Framework with extensive experience building enterprise-grade mobile applications.Strong proficiency in: TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular and/or React, HTML5, CSS3Experience developing applications that communicate with hardware devices, IoT platforms, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), NFC, or network-connected devices.Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON/XML services.Experience with real-time communication technologies including WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API design.Experience with Elasticsearch.Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Kubernetes, or other cloud-native platforms.Experience within financial services, retail technology, fintech, or cash management industries..Recap:Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)Type: Permanent FulltimeSalary: 110k-130k base + BenefitsIf you think you're a good fit for the role, we'd love to hear from you!
