You're not a supervisor watching from the sidelines - you're on the floor, hands-on, keeping the team moving, solving problems in real time, and making sure every operator has what they need to do great work. You'll lead Assembly and Rework operations while filling in where needed, developing new employees, and being the first line of support before escalating to the Shift Supervisor or Engineering.If you take pride in your craft, care about your team, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.What You'll DoServe as a working lead - actively participating alongside your team, not just overseeing itCoordinate and prioritize daily workflow for Assembly and Rework operationsEnsure 100% training compliance for your shift, including onboarding and documentation for new hiresProvide real-time coaching, feedback, and troubleshooting support to team membersCapture, document, and drive resolution of production issues in partnership with Engineering and QualityChampion 6S standards and safety practices across production workspacesPartner with process owners on continuous improvement initiativesProvide performance feedback on team members to the Shift SupervisorCover Shift Supervisor responsibilities as needed in their absenceWhat You Bring1-2 years of electronics manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on trainingSolid soldering skills - ideally strong enough to perform and train sophisticated solder workAbility to read and interpret work instructions and quality documentationBasic math skills and ability to read performance dataStrong communication skills - you can coach, escalate, and collaborate with equal easePassing scores required on IPC Component Identification and IPC Workmanship Standards courses (in-house training provided)Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
