Seasonal Bartender

Stella’s is looking for a friendly, reliable Seasonal Bartender to join our team on the Regent Street outdoor patio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while creating a welcoming experience for guests. Must have a valid, up to date Wisconsin bartender license and have proof of completed beverage server training courses in order to apply or be considered for this position. Season: May 1st through the end of patio season (weather-dependent) Schedule: Thursday–Sunday Must be available to work all scheduled weekend shifts Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, plus tips Responsibilities: Serve beer and wine to guests in accordance with alcohol service laws Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with the Stella’s team to create a great guest experience Qualifications: Must meet local legal requirements to serve alcohol Prior bartending or alcohol service experience preferred Ability to work outdoors and stay on your feet for extended periods Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently Responsible beverage server certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Work at Stella’s: Seasonal outdoor setting Friendly, community-focused atmosphere Consistent weekly schedule Great opportunity for summer employment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
