Data Analyst Senior

About the roleCLA is looking to hire a Data Analyst Senior. The role involves using Microsoft Power Platform, or scripting languages such as R or Python. The Data Analyst Senior cleans up data for analysis or visual display in a report or dashboard, and addresses details regarding data access to support a project. Tools include Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), Excel, DAX, M, R, and Alteryx. Compared to an Associate, the Senior will work more autonomously, possibly leading others, taking on administrative and support tasks, and contributing to new business development.You willDevelop service-specific knowledge through exposure to clients, internal experts, and formal training.Participate in data collection and analysis using diverse tools.Support building and implementing solutions for clients and internal projects.Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques.Create custom data models, algorithms, predictive analytics, machine learning and AI techniques.Use existing processes and tools to monitor solution performance, analyze accuracy, and communicate findings.Collaborate individually and virtually with leadership and colleagues from other offices, and may act as primary client contact, perform administrative tasks, support roles, and contribute to business development.QualificationsFour to five years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field.Bachelor's degree required; combinations of experience, education, and training may substitute.
