You’ll lead, coach, and develop Imaging Sales Associates who rotate between photography, photo editing/printing, and sales.You’ll be responsible for creating a fun and engaging guest experience while ensuring operational excellence and strong sales performance.Primary ResponsibilitiesTrain & motivate Imaging Sales AssociatesLead by example in photography, sales, and guest serviceDrive & uphold high sales performance standardsManage inventory, staff scheduling, daily reportsMaintain a positive working relationship with the host partnerOperate photography equipment (capture, edit, and print photos)Qualifications & SkillsPositive attitude with strong leadership and people skillsProfessional appearance & demeanorBasic computer & printer proficiencyAble to stand for 7–9 hours & lift 25+ poundsValid driver’s licenseAvailable to work weekends & holidaysAble to pass a background checkLocation: Dole Plantation-Wahiawa, HIIf you're ready to lead a team, grow sales, and help create lasting memories for guests visiting beautiful Hawaii, we’d love to hear from you!
