Program Managers are responsible for designing and delivering successful win-loss analysis programs for our clients. This role is somewhere between Customer Success and Consulting - it’s more strategic & hands-on than your typical Customer Success role, but not quite as “custom” as your typical consulting role. The best Clozd PMs are not “don’t bother me” type people; they love to work with their peers and they enjoy a culture where people drop everything to help the people around themWhat does the day-to-day of a Program Manager look like?Develop strong client relationships and become a master of our clients’ business models, products, GTM motions, etcWork with 15 - 20 clients at a time managing their win-loss programsSet up and manage the win-loss data collection and interview process for your clientsConduct win-loss interviewsSummarize key interview themes and communicate them to clientsEnsure client adoption of Clozd software and key win-loss findingsManage the commercial experience for existing clients, including renewing contracts and identifying / capturing expansion opportunitiesQualifications:Background in fintech or related financial industriesMin. 5-7 years work experience in a B2B context, SaaS preferredMin.
