Medicare Operations Supervisor
A company is looking for a Medicare Supervisor Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team to achieve account specific and organization CPIs and KPIs
Monitor employee performance using coaching tools and performance dashboards
Handle escalated customer calls and promote teamwork within the organization
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or call center in a supervisory capacity
2 years of Medicare experience
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees effectively
