You are technology-savvy, well-versed in office software packages, and comfortable with electronic communications and internet technologies in general. There will be many opportunities for learning and professional growth, and your career path will be limited only by your abilities and your drive to succeed.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional technical support for Blueprint Solutions’ customers as a member of our software support team via various platforms such as Freshdesk, ConnectWise Control, and telephoneLead the training and installation of our clinic management softwareAct as the point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding processCorrectly identify, replicate, and thoroughly document issues for efficient issue managementWork closely with various departments and collaborate efficiently to ensure proper documentation and resolutions of all findings within Freshdesk and JIRAProcess client requests for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving softwareQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Science fields preferred or 2-3 years of experience in technology or customer serviceLogical troubleshooting skills and techniquesStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsSelf-starter - able to use reference material to work independentlyExcellent attention to detailCustomer-first attitude to clearly communicate details to customers with varying technical abilities in a clinical settingRecent graduates welcomed
