This role oversees multiple community-based programs and leads supervisors and program leadership teams.This is a hybrid leadership role with a strong onsite presence required. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or be willing to relocate.Director Responsibilities• Lead day-to-day operations across community-based programs• Oversee CBIR, High-Fidelity Wraparound, Family Visitation, and Children & Family Services• Supervise program supervisors and program manager• Provide clinical oversight and guidance across programs• Partner with leadership on state contracts, policies, and performance metrics• Represent organization in state and interagency meetings• Drive program performance, outcomes, and compliance• Lead process improvement and program development initiatives• Support staff development, supervision, and retentionDirector Requirements• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field• Active New Mexico license required (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)• 3+ years leadership experience in community-based or family services• Experience with trauma-informed and family-centered care models• Wraparound services experience strongly preferred• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams• Experience with state-funded programs and contracts• Strong clinical and operational leadership skills• Must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or relocate near 88240• Must be onsite 3 days per weekDirector Compensation & Benefits• $105,000-$120,000 base salary• Bonus potential• $5,000 relocation assistance• Loan forgiveness eligibility• Medical, dental, and vision coverage• Retirement plan• Paid holidays and generous PTO• CEUs and professional development support
