Responsibilities Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
