Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Entry Specialist, located in Monmouth County, NJ. The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order management, responding to customer inquiries, verifying order details, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. Qualifications Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Order Entry, and Order ProcessingStrong skills in Order Management and maintaining accurate recordsExperience in delivering outstanding Customer Service and addressing client needsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with ERP or order management systems is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor's degree is a plus
