Join us in making a difference!What you'll do in this position:Financial ManagementFund handling and transactingBudget coordination and billingFinancial software and supplier managementContract preparation and systems managementHuman Resources Processes and ManagementOperational support for administratorsMeeting coordination and communicationContract preparation and systems managementBYU-Public School Partnership Program CoordinationEvent logistics coordinationTeacher endorsement class organizationCommunication and record keepingOffice ManagementSupply maintenance and equipment repairWebsite review and record keepingWhat qualifies you for this role:RequiredA firm understanding of and commitment to the mission of BYUHold an associate's degree with 5 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrate an ability to manage and maintain financial accounts and transactionsConsistently maintain a detail-orientationWrite in a clear and concise manner with accurate spelling and grammarRecord precise minutes in meetingsDemonstrate a professional demeanor, loyalty, willingness to learn, ability to work as a team member and independentlyCommand outstanding interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillPossess a valid driver's license and ability to lift and transport boxes of books and supplies to various locations within the statePreferredHold a bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experienceWorkday experienceUnderstand the programs in the BYUPublic School Partnership (to learn more, visit http://byupartnership.org)Have prior service in public schoolsHave experience managing student secretaries to maximize performance and productionWhat we offer in return:This position comes with fantastic benefits, including:401k.
