We're ready to light the way, will you join us?About The RoleAs aProject Engineer I (Electrical Construction),you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of project operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with project goals. Assists with various administrative and operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle, helping to maintain schedules, documentation, communication, and compliance with company standards.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather necessary details to ensure accurate material selection, dimensions, and incorporation of owner- or third party-supplied informationMaintain and track all jobsite documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and relevant updatesCoordinate with other trades to align efforts and manage associated documentation effectivelyPrepare and submit project submittals, schedules, and operations and maintenance (O&M) manualsEstimate, quantify, and draft change orders as required throughout the project lifecycleMonitor and document quality assurance procedures, including maintaining QA logs and addressing issuesParticipate in project meetings as assigned, supporting communication and documentation of decisionsAssisting office in various administrative needsOther duties as assignedIn This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToApply strong problem-solving skills by researching and analyzing data, demonstrating attention to detail, and resolving challenges efficientlyDeliver excellent customer service by responding courteously and promptly to service requests while meeting commitments with professionalismContribute to a collaborative work environment by balancing individual and team responsibilities and actively participating in giving and receiving feedbackCommunicate clearly in writing, crafting informative content, presenting data effectively, and demonstrating fluency in EnglishAdapt to a dynamic environment by managing shifting priorities, handling delays or unexpected changes with flexibility and composurePromote workplace safety by consistently observing and adhering to safety protocols and proceduresEngage in effective verbal communication by speaking clearly, actively listening, and seeking clarification when neededWe Are Looking For Someone With The Following CompetenciesHigh school diploma required. A two-year college or university certificate is preferred. Alternatively, two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is acceptableAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety protocols, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak clearly and effectively before groups of customers or employees.
