THE ROLE: PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR Here's the short version: you'll be the engine behind Alaris' growth. You'll hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with wealth management firm owners considering a sale, and help them see why Alaris is the only partner they need on the most important transaction of their career. You'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies — and you'll lead the Partnership Coordinator team to make sure everything fires on all cylinders. This role is part strategist, part relationship-builder, part deal-maker. Sound like you? WHAT YOU'LL OWN Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor that sell-side clients actually want to hear from. Understand what they need in a transaction and deliver a white-glove experience that builds lasting loyalty. Proposals & Presentations: Partner with internal teams to craft pitches that are compelling, tailored, and impossible to ignore. You'll present directly to clients — this is your stage. Strategic Partnerships: Scout, evaluate, and forge alliances that expand Alaris' reach and enhance what we bring to the table for clients. Pipeline Management: Own the CRM (HubSpot). Keep records clean, progress visible, and leadership informed. No surprises — just results. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Partnership Coordinators, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables and outbound marketing initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field — advanced degree a plus. A proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within wealth management or financial services consulting. Sharp analytical chops — you can read market data, spot the signal in the noise, and build a case for action. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives — whether in an email, a pitch deck, or a boardroom. A strategic mind paired with an execution-first attitude. You think big, but you also get things done. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM.
