Operations Improvement Analyst

The Operations Strategy Analyst supports performance improvement across a network of treatment centers by analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable solutions. This role leverages data analysis to identify opportunities to drive census, increase patient retention, optimize processes, enhance the patient experience, and drive business decisions.The ideal candidate brings strong financial and business acumen, is highly analytical, and has a genuine interest in healthcare operations. This individual will work closely with operations leadership and will spend time in treatment centers to observe workflows, validate insights derived from data analysis, launch initiatives and pilots, and continuously refine.Key ResponsibilitiesUse operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and workflow challenges.Conduct on-site visits to treatment centers to observe processes, validate data insights, launch pilots, and refine.Through analysis, recommend opportunities to drive growth, improve operations, and enhance the patient experience.
