Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking a Lift Truck Driver. The Lift Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks within the Distribution Center. This role supports key DC functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory management, and product put-away, while maintaining compliance with safety standards, GMP, and engineered labor standards.Accountabilities:Unload inbound shipments and move product to designated warehouse areas.Load trucks and/or rail cars using forklift per SOP, ensuring correct weights and placement.Select orders for shipments using forklift, maintaining records for inventory control, food safety, and security. Maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management System (WMS).Stack and store product in appropriate locations as directed by WMS. Maintain records of all products received using WMS.Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.Comply with OSHA regulations, GMP, and all applicable safety standards. Assist in maintaining warehouse security.Minimum Skills Required:Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucksExperience in a distribution center or warehouseBilingual English/Spanish preferredBasic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPowered industrial lift truck qualificationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsCompliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards***Please note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses.***Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
