Jovie of Katy and Bellaire is hiring a Family Placement Manager to be the trusted point of contact for families seeking nanny placements, sitter services, backup care, and event childcare. If you love building relationships, solving problems quickly, and making sure families and caregivers are well matched, this role is for you.What you'll do:Guide families from first inquiry through placement — consultations, caregiver profiles, interviews, and hireBe the day-to-day relationship manager for active placement families and recurring clientsSupport staffing for same-day, next-day, and weekend reservations, including escalated or hard-to-fill requestsHandle family concerns, service recovery, and caregiver replacements with care and urgencyRun family outreach and lead follow-up through HubSpot, Constant Contact, and MyJovieCoordinate specialty and event childcare (weddings, hotels, corporate partnerships)Partner with scheduling and recruiting teams to keep operations running smoothlyYou're a great fit if you:Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressureAre highly organized and comfortable juggling many moving partsHave a background in childcare, staffing, client services, or operationsGenuinely enjoy helping families and caregivers succeed
