To be successful in this position you will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and pro-active attitude.DutiesManage the customers expectationsProvide project leadership and supervisory skillsProject document control ensuring project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriatelyManage and prepare change ordersDevelopment of project budgets and buy-out supplier vendorsProject billingsReviewing & approving Subcontractor progress paymentsResponsible for budgets and cost control throughout the life of the projectManage the submittal, RFI, and project documentation requirements.RequirementsCommercial Framing or other subcontract trade experience, managing multiple construction projects or a single larger and complex projectStrong understanding about current construction methods, and material orderingAbility to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activitiesMust have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsFluent in Microsoft Office Suite / Bluebeam / ProcoreA valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history is requiredWork Environment/Physical RequirementsPrimarily work in office environmentOccasional work in the field near construction equipment, in extreme weather conditionsWork 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs.ExperienceProject management: 4 years (Preferred)BenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionVacation and Sick Time offNine (6) Paid Holidays
