This role requires a hands‑on professional who can independently manage AV support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver a white‑glove experience for business leaders and stakeholders.What You Will Do As The AV SpecialistThe requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position, and the duties and responsibilities may change without notice.Provide day‑to‑day onsite AV support for corporate conference rooms and executive meeting spacesIndependently set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio‑visual systems for meetings, presentations, and hybrid collaboration sessionsSupport video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebExConfigure, operate, and troubleshoot AV control systems such as Crestron and ExtronDeliver white‑glove AV support for executives and high‑visibility meetingsServe as the primary point of contact for AV incidents during meetings and eventsProactively identify and resolve AV issues to minimize downtimePartner with IT, facilities, and workplace services teams to ensure consistent AV performanceDocument room configurations, known issues, and resolution stepsProvide limited after‑hours or on‑call support as required for critical meetingsWhat You Will Bring To The Team6–8 years of hands‑on AV experience in a corporate or enterprise environmentStrong experience supporting conference rooms, executive boardrooms, and collaboration spacesAdvanced troubleshooting skills across audio, video, control systems, and signal flowProven experience with Crestron and/or Extron control systemsDeep familiarity with enterprise video conferencing platformsAbility to operate independently and make real‑time decisions during meetingsStrong communication and customer service skills, especially with senior stakeholdersComfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑expectation corporate settingsAdvanced AV System Design & ConfigurationProven experience designing, configuring, and implementing complex AV systems on the back end in a corporate enterprise environmentHands-on expertise using Q-SYS Designer for system architecture, DSP configuration, control design, and ongoing optimizationAbility to architect scalable, standardized AV solutions across multiple room types and global officesPodcast Studio Ownership & Media ProductionExperience setting up, maintaining, and supporting a dedicated podcast studio including microphones, mixers, cameras, lighting, and acousticsStrong preference for candidates who can perform post-production editing and assist with publishing and distributionAbility to maintain broadcast-quality audio and video standardsEnterprise Conference Room OwnershipExperience owning of all corporate conference rooms company-wide, including executive boardrooms and collaboration spacesExperience acting as the central AV owner coordinating with onsite IT, facilities, and vendorsExperience diagnosing and resolve issues remotely and onsite when requiredExperience establishing and maintain AV standards, documentation, and best practicesGlobal Support & Time Zone FlexibilityWillingness to support a global user base including early-morning coverage aligned to London business hoursFlexibility for late-evening support as new offices open, including SydneyWillingness to provide occasional off-hours support for critical meetingsPreferred QualificationsCrestron and/or Extron certificationsExperience supporting executive leadership teamsExposure to networked AV systemsExperience supporting hybrid or large‑scale corporate meetingsZones Offers a Comprehensive Benefits PackageWhile we’re committed to providing top-tier solutions, we’re just as committed to supporting our own team.
