Shipping/Receiving Technician - 1st Shift - Amarillo Ground BeefThis position will require employee to perform duties in a cold/damp environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or less. The department has various job duties ranging from paperwork, wrapping, and loading. Some duties may also require the use of a computer/scanner and the ability to prioritize work for efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMust be able to stand for entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platformsTolerate cold temperatures of 45 degrees or lessPalletizing boxed and scan product to complete customer ordersMust be attentive to the accuracy of all orders being pulledHandle general paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists, bills of landing, seals, etc.Follow all food and safety protocolsMust be able to lift 70+ lbsQualificationsMust wear PPEPrior shipping experience a plusForklift/pallet jack experience requiredGood work historyMust be available to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday beginning at 6:30am to end of production
