Responsibilities: Oversee both design and construction phases of healthcare projects Serve as the primary liaison among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Ensure project quality, consistency, and compliance with all relevant standards Provide technical evaluations and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with adjacent projects to mitigate impacts and streamline operations Manage administrative tasks including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders.
