You'll be a trusted craft leader, mentor others, and ensure every detail meets our standards.What You'll DoPerform advanced carpentry: framing high-end finishLead by example in craftsmanship, safety, and professionalismRead blueprints, specs, and drawings with accuracyHandle layout, framing, trim, cabinetry, millwork, doors, windows, and finish detailsCoordinate daily work with Project Managers and trade partnersMentor carpenters and apprentices on your projectsSolve field challenges while protecting quality and safetyAssist with material take-offs, ordering, and job site planningKeep job sites clean, organized, and safeCommunicate clearly with clients, trades, and the GNB teamWhat You Need7+ years residential carpentry (remodeling + finish work required)Advanced skills: framing, trim, cabinetry, millwork, doors, windows, stairsExperience leading small crews or mentoring othersStrong plan reading and problem-solving -- works with minimal oversightHigh attention to detail and pride in clean, precise workProfessional communication with clients and coworkersValid driver's license + reliable transportationAble to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditionsSalary & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 position$85,000 - $105,000 per year (salary plus production incentive plan combined)Paid Time Off: 2 weeks to start; additional PTO after 2 yearsPaid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday after, Christmas Day, and half-day Christmas EveRetirement: SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match after 90 daysHealth Insurance: Up to $500/month toward employee premiumLife, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance: Company-paidDental & Vision Insurance: Company-paid$500 Annual Tool AllowanceCompany tools provided if required, or bring your own tools.
