Job Title: Construction ControllerSalary: $130,000 - $145,000Location: Bridgewater, MADuration: Direct Hire/PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a growing construction organization. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving financial performance, supporting operations, and ensuring accurate project reporting across complex construction projects.ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end closeOversee job costing, WIP reporting, AIA billing, and percentage-of-completion accountingPartner with project managers and leadership to monitor project profitability and financial performancePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMaintain internal controls, compliance, audits, and tax coordinationSupervise and mentor accounting staff while improving financial processes and reportingQualifications5+ years of accounting experience with a strong background in construction accountingExpertise in: Job costing, WIP reporting, AIA billing, Percentage-of-completion accountingExperience with Viewpoint Vista or similar ERPStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsPreferredCPA or CMA strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldHeavy civil construction experience is a plusWhy ApplyVisible leadership role with executive partnershipOpportunity to influence operations and company growthCollaborative, fast-paced construction environmentFootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
