Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards - fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented. Deliver Great Service: Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations. Follow Food Safety Standards: Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling. Stay Organized: Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift. Support the Team: Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional duties as needed to keep service flowing. What You'll BringPassion for great food and guest satisfaction Basic culinary or kitchen experience preferred (we'll train the right candidate) Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays This position operates in a restaurant environment. Team members are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
