Facilities CoordinatorProvide facilities coordination and audio-visual management support for USTDA conference rooms, training facilities, and business center operations, ensuring operational readiness and support for meetings, training sessions, and special events.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate conference room scheduling and event preparation Set up meeting rooms, training rooms, and refreshment stations Operate and troubleshoot AV and teleconference systems Conduct routine inspections of conference rooms and equipment Coordinate audiovisual repair support and maintenance activities Maintain event calendars and room reservation systems Ensure conference rooms and common areas remain operational and organized Support facilities requests and work order coordination Coordinate with Agency staff, vendors, and contractors for event support Maintain supplies and operational readiness of conference and training areasQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 57 years relevant administrative or facilities support experience preferred Experience supporting conference room operations and AV equipment required Strong customer service and communication skills required Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities requiredRequired Systems, Tools, and Framework ExperienceMicrosoft Office Suite Audio-visual and teleconference systems Scheduling and reservation systems Facilities work order tracking systems Presentation and multimedia software Conference room management toolsRequired Specialized ExperienceExperience troubleshooting AV equipment during meetings and events Experience setting up conference rooms and training facilities Experience coordinating facilities support requests and room logistics Experience supporting business center and event operations Experience coordinating with vendors and facilities support personnelEqual Opportunity Employer StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and staff in accordance with sound employee relations practices and federal and state laws.
