The Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on maintenance and construction projects, manage work teams, obtain materials, supervise the use of heavy equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role also involves hands-on work, including masonry, concrete and general maintenance tasks, while ensuring timely project completion and effective communication among team members.QualificationsProven Supervisory Skills, including experience managing teams and ensuring task completionProficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy EquipmentStrong Communication skills for effective coordination and reportingHands-on experience in masonry, concrete forming/finishing, grading and other similar aspectsProblem-solving skills and ability to address on-site challenges effectivelyAbility to speak Spanish and English at a professional level
