Join our Resort Operations team as a Pool Technician and play a critical role in delivering a safe, clean, and enjoyable water experience for our guests.As a Pool Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining resort pools, spas, and water features while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your expertise will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort operations.Location:9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183Pay Rate: $20-$23/hrWhat You'll Do:Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of pools, spas, and water featuresTest and balance water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium levelsMaintain accurate logs of water testing, chemical usage, and maintenance activitiesOperate, inspect, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systemsIdentify safety concerns or equipment issues and perform minor repairs as neededEnsure all pool areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standardsRespond promptly and professionally to pool-related guest concerns or incidentsAssist with pool openings, closures, and seasonal maintenanceFollow all safety protocols and resort policiesCollaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and resort operations teamsPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification requiredPrevious experience as a Pool Technician or similar role preferredStrong knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistryFamiliarity with local and state health department regulationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and manage xmcpwfu time effectivelyGood communication and customer service skillsMust be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?Work in a dynamic resort environment with a strong team cultureTake ownership of pool operations and safety standardsApply your technical skills in a hands-on, essential roleOpportunities to grow within Resort Operations and EngineeringA position where safety, quality, and professionalism are valuedIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves and keep things running behind the scenes, apply today and become part of a team that values quality, safety, and exceptional service.
