With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they continue to grow and take on a diverse range of commercial work.About the RoleThey are seeking a Commercial Roofing & Construction Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and help drive accurate, competitive bids.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing, renovation, and construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPerform quantity takeoffs for roofing and general construction scopesSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingCollaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstructionIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategiesAssist with bid submissions, proposals, and scope reviewsMaintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients QualificationsMust have commercial roofing experience (hands-on or estimating)Experience estimating commercial construction and/or renovation projects strongly preferred2+ years (Junior) or 5+ years (Senior) estimating experienceStrong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specsProficiency with estimating software and ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration Required SkillsCommercial roofing experienceEstimating experience in commercial construction and/or renovationKnowledge of roofing systemsAbility to read construction drawingsProficiency in estimating software and ExcelAttention to detailCommunication skills Preferred Skills5+ years estimating experience (Senior)Experience with a variety of roofing systems Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive base salary based on experience.
