This case has availability Monday through Friday from 6:30am-8:30am.OverviewJoin our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities! As a Client Care Pro (CCP), you’ll work directly with clients to deliver meaningful, one-on-one support services under the supervision of a BCBA. We are looking for team members who are patient, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference. This role offers hands-on experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and provides training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized behavior support services to assigned clientsImplement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBASupport clients who may display challenging behaviors, including but not limited to aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, scratching, or verbal outbursts)Participate in training on behavior management and safety strategiesCollect and record data on client progress using established tools and proceduresCollaborate with the supervising BCBA to review and discuss data and client needsMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, client-centered approach at all timesQualificationsExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities a plusAbility to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during challenging situationsInterest or experience in ABA and behavior therapy is a plusExperience collecting and analyzing behavior data is a bonusMust be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
