The Lead Installer will handle the installation of HVAC systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and supervise installation teams to maintain quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, coordinating tasks with team members, troubleshooting equipment as necessary, and ensuring timely project completion.
