Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using Anthropic Claude models through Amazon Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, optimizing LLM performance, and integrating AI capabilities into existing business systems.This role will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.Must Haves: 4+ years of software engineering experience.2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-based applications.Strong experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.Experience developing solutions using AWS Bedrock and Claude models.Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques.Experience building and deploying RAG solutions.AI & Data TechnologiesExperience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as:LangChainLlamaIndexSimilar AI orchestration frameworksExperience with vector databases such as:PineconeWeaviateOpenSearchSimilar vector search technologiesKnowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval concepts.Experience with model evaluation and AI observability tools.Cloud & DevOpsExperience with AWS services such as:AWS BedrockAWS LambdaAWS ECS/EKSAWS API GatewayAWS S3AWS DynamoDBAWS CloudWatchAWS IAMExperience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.Nice to Haves: Experience with Anthropic Claude 3.x and Claude 4 model families.Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations.Experience with enterprise AI governance and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.AWS certifications such as:AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAWS Certified Machine Learning EngineerExperience in SaaS, enterprise software, or customer-facing AI products.
