Electronics Laboratory Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronics Laboratory Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations, ensuring that all processes are conducted in accordance with established protocols, standards and procedures. This position requires a strong technical acumen, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and laboratory procedures. Good judgement and attention to detail will be necessary such that the successful candidate will notice if data or results look unusual or abnormal, and will seek engineering intervention when needed. \*Responsibilities\* - Testing semiconductor components on automatic test equipment and test stations. - Measuring Diode & MOSFET semiconductor parameters for datasheet generation. - Collecting, organizing and post-processing test data using various tools and scripts. - Utilizing digital multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, pulse generators, LCR meters, curve tracers, and temperature chamber, and understand their use and function. - Prototyping/building of electronic circuits, populating printed circuit boards & PCB surface mount soldering of product. - Electronics laboratory upkeep and maintenance. - Recognizing product failures and equipment setup issues. Taking appropriate actions to correct those problems including seeking engineering intervention. - Position requires a reliable individual who can accurately follow directions, pay attention to details, and complete tasks on their own in an organized manner. \*Qualifications\* - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience - Strong mathematical skills. - Experience working in a research laboratory setting is highly desirable. - Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of electronic test systems, components, and hand tools - Ability to do bench level trouble-shooting of test fixtures - Clear verbal and written communication - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Join us as an Operator where you can contribute to meaningful scientific advancements while working in a dynamic laboratory environment!
