Administrator for Construction Company
Job Overview:
Leading multi-family renovation construction company seeking an administrator in Moorpark, CA.

Duties:
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Develop and maintain a filing system
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of general/office administrative experience
Construction experience is required
Must be knowledgeable about Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.
Good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
