Job Overview: Leading multi-family renovation construction company seeking an administrator in Moorpark, CA. We are looking to add a friendly, professional team player that takes initiative and ownership. We are looking to add someone that is personable, accurate and does well with time management. Duties: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings Develop and maintain a filing system Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Maintain computer and manual filing systems Take accurate minutes of meetings Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of general/office administrative experience Construction experience is required Must be knowledgeable about Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. Good organizational skills Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: Moorpark, CA 93021 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Moorpark, CA 93021: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
