It supports local branches by coordinating field technician activities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.2. About the Opportunity:The Remote Regional Support Specialist role focuses on managing and optimizing the daily schedules of field technicians within a designated geographic area. This position ensures timely service delivery by balancing technician productivity with customer appointment expectations, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and customer experience.3. Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians to maximize efficiency and meet customer appointment times• Reprioritize jobs to accommodate changes and ensure customer commitments are met• Communicate appointment changes or delays to customers promptly• Strategically plan schedules considering technician skills, training, and time off• Resolve scheduling exceptions such as urgent requests and escalated customer inquiries• Maintain daily communication among technicians, customers, management, and support centers through various channels• Dispatch technicians for emergency customer requests after hours and facilitate timely responses• Perform administrative tasks including tracking on-time arrivals to support local branches and improve customer satisfaction4. Requirements:• Strong communication and customer service skills• Analytical and problem-solving abilities• Efficient multitasking skills• Basic data entry and typing proficiency• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and general computer knowledge preferred5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Starting hourly rate of $18.00, increasing to $21.00 after six months with incremental increases of $0.50 every four weeks until reaching $21.00• Access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off• Up to 120 hours of paid time off accrued in the first year, with increased accrual rates thereafter• Six paid holidays annually6.
