Manufacturing industry experience is Required.Assistant Controller - fully onsite with flexibility for occasional needs$130-145K base salary30% bonus4% retirementGenerous and Comprehensive healthcare package – employee rates have not increased in 5 years!and More!Job includes:Monthly close, accruals, reconciliation, financial statements and oversight of the day to day accountingWorking knowledge of Standard Cost AccountingBudget, Forecasting, Financial AnalysisReporting on all areas of the business; partnership with Plant Leadership to improve performance across the businessProvide GM with strategic and cost performance improvement supportQuarterly presentation to President of the company; weekly calls with division President/GM – looking at working capital, throughput, KPIs, and various performance of the plantHands on ability to do AnalysisWe are looking for:BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA is nice to have5+ years' experience in Accounting, showing growth and advancementManufacturing industry is required, Plant focus highly preferredMust have Standard Costing experienceWorking knowledge of existing in a SOX environmentLarger company experience is nice to have
