Quality Control Project Engineer
SummaryAs a Quality Control Project Engineer, you will join a project team tasked with the responsibility for all technical and engineering aspects of your project. You will lead daily coordination between our clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and our employees. The Quality Control Project Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all the technical tasks to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality for the lifecycle of the project.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Quality Control Managers in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offsPrepare and forward submittals; confirm submittal complies with plans/specsSupport the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedulesPlay a lead role in the development of project plansMonitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project scheduleReview change proposals from trade partners and negotiate as appropriateFacilitate with the Quality Control Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawingsDraft change orders. Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers. Perform scope take-off and estimate costsLead close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractorsDevelop and lead training sessions for your team and trade partnersTake ownership of document management applicationsCultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadershipCultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark.
