Your impact
Jacobs is seeking a Contract Administrator / Office Engineer to provide comprehensive contract administration, document control, and project support services for professional service and construction contracts supporting Los Angeles World Airports Capital Improvement Program at LAX and Van Nuys Airport. This role supports project execution from initiation through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Contract administration and compliance
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, task orders, and project records
Monitor contract performance, funding and schedules; maintain documentation in PMWeb and document management systems
Coordinate stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and presentations
Support project managers and field teams; assist with security badge processing and administrative activities
Additional duties as assigned
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Contract Management or related field.
Two or more years of contract administration, project controls, office engineering or project support experience.
Strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office, and document management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PE preferred but not required
PMWeb experience, knowledge of LAWA and City of Los Angeles contracting procedures, Bluebeam proficiency, airport or transportation project experience
PMP, CCM, AACE, LEED or similar certifications.

The base salary range for this position is $7,990.00 to $109,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
