Call Leah @ 214-730-5175, provide availability to be reached out to ASAP BENEFITS: *(immediate upon hire) • 401(k) • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision Insurance • Supplemental Insurance (no cost) • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Disability • HSA & FSA • Referral Program • PTO • Paid weekly, on Fridays!JOB SUMMARY • Interview patients to obtain post-op vital signs.• Show patients to exam room, procedure room or operative room and prepare for physician. • Record medical history, medications, allergies, test results in EMA/ModMed.• Ensure proper consent forms are obtained prior to treatment • Collect tissue specimens.• Explain procedures, medications, & post-op wound care instructions. • Assist physician with procedures: Sterilize instruments, hand instruments, provide injections. • Post-op wound care: Apply dressings, suture removal, change bandages.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Recent MA experience in Clinical Dermatology for at least 2 to 3 years.• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology • Knowledge of sterile technique, anatomy, and medications • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable • Management and organizational skills to support the leadership • Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of medical-surgical protocols. • Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. • Knowledge of EMA for managing patient records. • Ability to accurately label, treat, explain, and respond to patient needs promptly. • Familiarity with inhalation therapies HIGHLY PREFERRED
