Dermatology Nurse Practitioner New graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong prior Dermatology RN experience.Location: Youngsville, NCJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Practice Setting: Outpatient Medical Dermatology Job Summary: We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient dermatology practice in Youngsville, NC. The provider will deliver high-quality medical dermatology care, manage a variety of skin conditions, and perform dermatologic procedures within a collaborative clinical environment focused on patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and skin examinationsDiagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and dermatitisPerform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, and lesion removalIdentify and manage precancerous and cancerous skin lesionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide patient educationMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationCollaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff Qualifications: Active North Carolina NP or PA license requiredNational certification required (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)Minimum 1 year of dermatology NP/PA experience preferredNew graduates accepted with 4-5 years of prior Dermatology RN experience requiredExperience performing dermatologic procedures preferredStrong diagnostic, communication, and patient education skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $140K-$160K depending on experienceBonus structureHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysCME allowance and dedicated CME timeMalpractice insurance coverageRetirement plan optionsSupportive onboarding and collaborative work environment
