Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer (Contract → potential C2H)Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Chicago, IL or Tempe, AZIf you’ve actually supported Kubernetes in production, not just deployed it, this one’s worth a look.We’re hiring a hands-on Platform Engineer to support an enterprise VMware Tanzu Kubernetes environment (100+ clusters, ~50% production). This is a high-impact role where you’ll help keep critical systems stable, scalable, and running.What you need:• Strong production Kubernetes experience (not just lab/dev)• Solid grasp of Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, RBAC, etc.• Experience with platforms like Tanzu, OpenShift, AKS, or EKS• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills• Comfortable in on-call rotations and high-pressure environmentsBonus points:• VMware Tanzu experience• Scripting (Bash/Python)• Experience supporting large, multi-cluster environmentsInterested?
