Ecommerce Marketplace Manager
Ripple Talent Solutions is partnered with a growing wholesale and consumer products company that is expanding and rebuilding its eCommerce marketplace division across major online retail channels.This company already has an established wholesale and retail presence and is now making a significant investment into marketplaces including Walmart Marketplace, Lowe’s Marketplace, Chewy, Costco.com, and additional retailer platforms.We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Marketplace Manager who can help build and manage these channels from the ground up.This is not a traditional Shopify-focused DTC eCommerce role. The ideal candidate has experience working within retailer marketplace ecosystems and understands the operational side of launching, managing, and optimizing marketplace accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee marketplace accounts across platforms including Walmart Marketplace, Lowe’s Marketplace, Chewy, Costco.com, and additional retailer channelsHandle marketplace onboarding and account setupCreate, optimize, and maintain product listingsManage catalog organization, SKU setup, pricing, inventory updates, and listing variationsCoordinate with internal creative and design teams on listing assets, banners, and marketplace contentMonitor account health, listing performance, and marketplace complianceCommunicate directly with marketplace support teams when neededHelp develop scalable systems and operational processes for the ecommerce divisionSupport future growth and expansion across additional marketplace channelsQualificationsExperience managing ecommerce marketplaces for a wholesale, manufacturing, omnichannel retail, or consumer products companyHands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace and/or similar retailer marketplacesExperience building listings and marketplace operations from scratchStrong understanding of catalog management and marketplace workflowsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentPreferred ExperienceWalmart Marketplace / Walmart Seller CenterLowe’s MarketplaceChewy Vendor PortalCostco.comWalmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)Preferred Category BackgroundsConsumer productsHome goodsPetHardware/toolsOutdoor/recreationWholesale/manufacturingOmnichannel retailAdditional Details$100,000–$120,000 Base SalaryOpportunity to help build and shape a growing ecommerce division from the ground upLong-term opportunity with room to grow and eventually help build a teamIf you have experience operating within retail marketplace ecosystems and enjoy building processes and scaling marketplace operations, we’d love to connect. 🙂
