Position Title: Machine Operator Supervisor Company: Premier Pan Location: Glenwillard, PA 15046 Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm About Us: Premier Pan Company is the nation’s leader in the manufacturing of commercial baking pans. Trainer/Supervisor Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead New Hire training process for Commercial Press Operators Oversee day-to-day training and supervision of 30+ employee members consisting of machine operators and assemblers in a manufacturing environment Managing production schedules, determining priorities, and managing employees through completion Ensure products are per specifications Develop knowledge and familiarity with our products Knowledge, Skills & Abilities and Requirements: Supervisory experience in a manufacturing company Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Leadership Adaptability Communicate both verbally and in writing Strong computer skills Physical Demands: The employee is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
