The ideal candidate must have strong critical care and trauma experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recent RRT experienceActive RRT credential requiredExperience in a high-volume trauma hospital strongly preferredBLS, ACLS, and any state-required certifications must be activeAbility to work independently in critical and emergency situationsResponsibilitiesAssess and treat patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditionsAdminister respiratory therapies and oxygen treatmentManage ventilators and airway support equipmentRespond to emergency respiratory situations and trauma casesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to provide quality patient careAccurately document patient care and treatment plansIdeal CandidateStrong critical thinking and communication skillsExperience working in trauma and acute care settingsAbility to adapt quickly to fast-paced clinical environmentsTeam-oriented with excellent patient care skillsTalent Burst Job ID #26-13145.
