Associate General Counsel- Multifamily Real Estate

Position Overview Associate General Counsel – Real Estate Department (Permanent, full-time, on-site in Virginia). Salary: $230K – $330K, plus bonus. Responsibilities Review and provide guidance on loan purchases, servicing transactions, and other multifamily asset management matters. Negotiate loan and other transaction documents. Manage outside counsel. Coordinate with regulatory and governmental affairs. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience, including structured transactions, securitization, asset management, loan production, underwriting. Juris Doctor degree and active state Bar membership in good standing. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, collaborate with peers across departments, and handle matters independently. Compensation Base salary range: $230,000 – $330,000 plus bonus opportunities. Benefits include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
