Bring your passion for innovation to an Agile environment to help serve quality software products to our farmers, agents, and re-insurers!You will primarily work with your team and external teams to solve challenging problems, communicate status to stakeholders, implement process changes and maintain existing systems. When viewed from 30,000 feet, this role serves the product team by providing sizings to products owners and technical leadership to a scrum team. Your mission will be to ensure that your team is always sprinting.This is a hybrid role in our Maple Grove, Minnesota office. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
