Do you want to be a part of our Sales team?Are you looking for a new challenge?Partner with the bestAs a Sales Account Manager - Well Construction, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities across diverse upstream oil and gas rental market segments. You will create, cultivate, and implement sales plans that achieve the company’s financial and business objectives for revenue, profit, cash conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction through the sales and rental of drilling motors, RSS, MWD, and Data tools supporting our On Demand Solutions Drilling Services.As a Sales Account Manager - Well Construction, you will be responsible for:Creating and implementing a business plan that achieves annual year‑over‑year growth in revenue, market share, and profitLeading planning and implementation of strategies to secure new markets and expand business with existing clientsForecasting changes in the business environment and proactively adapting to maintain competitivenessActing as a spokesperson for the business internally and externally to enhance company image and relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customersManaging customer relationships and personally calling on key accounts to maintain and secure long‑term businessGenerating new business and increasing revenues by following designed sales objectives, policies, and programsDeveloping new client opportunities while continuing growth with existing accountsAssisting with and organizing sales promotions and trade showsInvestigating client problems and assisting in technical solutionsEnsuring marketing and sales plans are executed in compliance with company objectivesPreparing and presenting technical sales presentations to clientsPerforming other duties as assignedFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Hold a 4‑year degree from an accredited university (BS in Business or Engineering preferred)Have 5+ years of demonstrated sales and sales engineering experience with relevant products in oil and gas exploration and drillingHave experience with application sales of rental services and sales to upstream oil and gas industriesBe able to demonstrate success in selling tools, services, and equipment to directional drilling service and engineering companiesHave strong key account management and technical sales skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to both technical and non‑technical audiencesBe highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independentlyBe able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environmentHave strong interpersonal, written, and listening skillsBe detail‑oriented and able to multitaskHold a valid driver’s licenseWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.This role is in general hours (8AM – 5PM)Working for youOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.
