What You'll Be Doing You'll expertly manage inbound and outbound calls, confidently qualifying leads, and securing high-quality appointments for our sales team. You are a professional who initiates our mission by engaging potential clients with enthusiasm and integrity. Approach every interaction with integrity, honesty, and a focus on exceptional customer service, always adhering to approved communication standards. Seamlessly manage appointment schedules, confirm details, and pivot quickly to meet the needs of a fast-paced sales environment. Maintain impeccable accuracy in data entry and diligently follow up on leads, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly. Work together with field sales and management, serving as the essential link that drives the success of the entire team. Qualifications You are a reliable and motivated professional ready to join a team where integrity is key. 2+ years of experience in a sales call center role or similar experience. Proven strong phone communication and persuasion skills—you connect with people quickly and effectively. Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and high accuracy with data entry. You are an adaptable team player capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving under pressure. Location and Schedule This is a full-time, in-person role at our Wood Dale, IL office. Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week. Availability: Shifts are consistent, requiring weekend availability.
