Project Management Assistant (part-time)
Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. is seeking a part-time (approximately 25 hours a week) Project Management Assistant. This clerical position will assist the project management and estimating departments, carrying out various administrative responsibilities to support projects, employees, and customers. Some of the job duties include lodging/travel management, tracking of bids, compiling of job folders, reconciling lodging invoices, and helping with other Project Management/Estimating responsibilities. The right person for this position must be self-driven, team-oriented, and resourceful with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Must be able to report to the main office in Exeter, Nebraska.
