We provide residential and light commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and system replacement with a strong focus on honest work, quality service, and taking care of customers like family.Westberry Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. This person will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service HVAC systems while representing the company professionally in customers' homes and businesses.The ideal candidate has at least a couple of years of hands-on HVAC experience, with 4 to 5 or more years preferred. We are looking for someone dependable, honest, professional, customer-focused, and proud of the work they do. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady, year-round work with a local company that values safety, quality, and long-term team fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systemsPerform AC, heating, heat pump, and system maintenance callsComplete tune-ups, inspections, and repair work with accuracy and professionalismCommunicate findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly to customersRepresent the company with honesty, respect, and a professional appearanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and jobsiteDocument work performed and follow company proceduresParticipate in evening, weekend, and on-call rotation as neededSafely lift, move, and carry equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spacesQualifications2 or more years of hands-on HVAC service experience required; 4 to 5 or more years preferredStrong residential HVAC diagnostic, repair, and service knowledgeLight commercial HVAC experience is a plusEPA Certification required -- Type II or UniversalValid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements Strong communication and customer service skillsDependable, professional, honest, and trustworthyTakes pride in workmanship and customer careWilling and able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotationAble to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces A pre-employment background check may be required upon a conditional offerMilitary-experienced candidates are encouraged to applyNo college degree requiredPay and BenefitsFull-time, year-round employmentPay: $30-$40 per hour, based on experienceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays -- 7 per yearVacation pay / paid time offFully equipped take-home truck and gas cardCompany-provided uniformsTool loan account optionsTraining and developmentOpportunity for advancementManagement that cares about your success and safetyFriendly working environmentWhy Westberry Heating & Air ConditioningAt Westberry, we believe in honest work, dependable service, and treating people like family.
