This role will be responsible for managing a complex product portfolio across multiple categories while driving inventory performance, margin goals, and overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute seasonal assortment strategies across multiple product categoriesManage a high-volume product portfolio, balancing core business and new product introductionsBuild and maintain buy plans that support financial objectives and inventory targetsAnalyze sales performance, product trends, and customer demand to inform purchasing decisionsPartner closely with planning, design, sourcing, and merchandising teams throughout the product lifecycleOversee product flow, inventory management, and assortment optimization across channelsMaintain strong vendor relationships and support key business initiatives through effective product planningParticipate in seasonal market reviews and cross-functional business planning discussionsQualifications5+ years of experience in apparel buying, merchandising, or related product-focused functionsMenswear experience requiredProven ability to manage large and complex assortments in a high-volume retail or wholesale environmentStrong understanding of inventory planning, product lifecycle management, and retail analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM and ERP systems preferredStrong retail math skills, including forecasting, inventory analysis, and open-to-buy conceptsExcellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferredPlease submit your resume for consideration.
